GCS Alarms Ltd has been in business for over 40 years with experience in Electronic Design and Engineering and are specialists in all types of Security systems, i.e. Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Integrated Systems and much more. Peter Dewing (Chairman) and Janet Dewing (Financial Director) set up GCS Alarms Ltd shortly after they moved to Essex in 1982, the business was run from offices in ST. Osyth where it steadily grew. N.S.C.I.A. recognition was gained during this time and later NACOSS approval which is currently NSI In 1991 The Company moved to larger more modern premises on Gorse Lane Industrial Estate Clacton on Sea. This is when son Paul Dewing joined the business as an apprentice and is now the (Managing Director). Here they achieved Certification for ISO 9002 Quality assurance, in the year 2000 the company was awarded NACOSS approval (NSI) for their CCTV and Access Control division and in November 2003 achieved Certification for ISO 9001 and NACOSS GOLD status, they continue to grow, adding more new vehicles to the fleet, including a specialised mobile CCTV surveillance van. By researching new technology and being fully up to date with all of the latest industry developments, we continue to offer a high standard of service. Staff and engineers are regularly trained and learning new skills to improve the level of service that we provide to our clients Even though the industry has become more reliant on technology, our commitment has not changed. We still design the system, to enhance your lifestyle and business operations. We also acknowledge that reliability is important, therefore we always pay close attention to detail which ensures that the service we provide is of the highest quality.
