Gregg started in the residential real estate sector starting as a realtor in South Florida. From there, he was able to become a top producing agent with sales over $10,000,000 in his second year followed by many years of increasing sales. Gregg shortly thereafter started a brokerage in South Florida that quickly became a powerhouse brokerage in a short period of time. Upon a sale exit of his company, he was able to start procuring long term purchase and hold duplexes, triplexes, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality assets. This gave him the ability to learn the investment sector of real estate and become one of the leading brokerages and property owners in South Florida.
