About GDNL
Who are we? Game Developers of Newfoundland and Labrador (GDNL) is a non-profit, community group of all creative, business, and technical disciplines involved in game and interactive digital media development in NL. We are industry professionals, teachers, students, and hobbyists that specialize in these areas of design and development. What do we do? Our main focus is to unite the game development community and to facilitate the growth of the industry in NL. We help showcase great talent and collaborative opportunities that grow and shape the interactive digital media sector in our province. We bring people together; from artists to programmers, musicians to designers, level designers to writers. We are driven by the community’s active participation and involvement. We organize casual meetups, and gather for professional events that may feature guest speakers or workshops. We support each other’s efforts, showcase our members, and shape the expansion and growth of this great industry in our province. We create opportunities!
