At Gearty and Associates Counseling we specialize in outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. We offer 3 different treatment programs, based on a thorough evaluation. Each program is customized for the individual to provide support for long-term success. We offer Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient treatment. With two facilities in Lancaster county we can serve more clients in need. We were founded in the 1980's and did business as HSA Counseling Inc. previously. Our mission is to provide individualized treatment plans with remembering to create an inviting atmosphere in which clients can maintain and achieve set goals. Executive Team: JUSTIN C. GEARTY JR., ESQUIRE President of the Board of Directors Mr. Gearty acquired his shares in the organization in 2016. Mr. Gearty has a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and is an attorney licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania Courts and in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania - United States District Court. Mr. Gearty began his work in addictions treatment in 2002, working in the field as a chemical dependency technician. He quickly moved his way up to counselor assistant and then counselor. Mr. Gearty was employed by an organization that owned drug and alcohol and mental health organizations throughout the country. KELLY L. GEARTY, LSW, MSW Chief Executive Office and Vice-President of the Board of Directors Mrs. Gearty joined the organization in 2014 as a counselor. She quickly moved to the position of clinical supervisor and was promoted again to the position of clinical director in 2016. She has her MSW and is a licensed social worker. Mrs. Gearty has experience in virtually all levels of care in addictions treatment. Our entire team is dedicated to this field, our staff, our patients, and our community.
