Leader in the manufacture of Gelato and other frozen desserts. We are committed to provide our costumers with the best and most authentic gelato they ever have tasted outside Italy. Our product is 100% natural. Our sorbet are made with a minimum of 70% fruit that is hand selected by our gelatiere (gelato master). We are one of a handful of companies in the US using the hot process in making our gelato. Our gelatiere (master of Italian Artisan gelato) is Italian and studied at the University of flavors in Italy the best institution to learn about the art of gelato making. With his experience our gelatiere is able to create his own recipes creating any kind of flavors our costumers desire. This gives us the power to accommodates any or our costumers needs and custom made our orders. This leads to the high satisfaction of our costumers.
