Gender Wellness of Los Angeles (GWLA) is a counseling practice devoted to working with clients and their families who are coping with mental health issues related to gender identity. We have more than 30 years of experience working with: • transgender people • gender-nonconforming individuals • gender variant adolescents — with or without their parents • clients exploring sexual orientation Led by Casey Weitzman, GWLA is supported by a team of consultants that include doctors, massage therapists, lawyers, electrologists, voice coaches, life coaches, hair stylists and personal shoppers. Casey, along with many of the professionals she works closely with, are active members of The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). All are committed to the health and well-being of their clients and patients. Compassion, safety, confidentiality, warmth and kindness are key elements to the care we provide. Gender Wellness offers one-on-one counseling, group counseling, family counseling, and more. We are able to provide the required letters needed for Sex Confirming Surgery.
