Linking Drugs to Phenotypes using Target-Tissue Signatures GeneCentrix, Inc. is a bioinformatics company that builds tools for early-stage drug discovery. We define disease, or phenotypes, in a similar fashion, allowing one to match drugs to specific phenotypes. Our methods are based on the idea that for any disease, the combination of specific genes with the tissue expression of those genes produces a unique profile that can link a disease to a set of new drug candidates. We use big data resources to develop algorithms linking diseases and phenotypes to already existing and novel drugs. Our signature offering is the Historeceptomics Profiler.
