The Georgia Educators Networking to Revolutionize and Transform Education (GENERATE) Teacher Residency Program is a federally funded project for The SEED (Supporting Effective Educator Development) Project from the U.S. Department of Education. GENERATE fosters and maintains partnerships with local educational agencies that share our commitment to improving student achievement through recruitment, preparation, development, and retention of diverse, qualified teachers. Partners include five school Georgia districts: Bibb, Clayton, Dublin City, Pike, and Twiggs school districts, and two higher education institutions: Mercer University and Dalton State College.
