About Generation Elevate

Generation Elevate is a youth development and intervention organization serving at-risk and justice-involved students ages 13–21. Our mission is to rebuild futures and restore communities by providing structured, evidence-informed programs that equip youth with the tools to grow, succeed, and lead. We partner with school districts, courts, juvenile justice systems, and community organizations to deliver culturally relevant, trauma-informed programming that addresses the root causes of disengagement and recidivism. Our services are designed to meet youth where they are — whether they’re in school, suspended, expelled, in ISS, or in juvenile detention. Our flagship program, Reset Track, is a 4-week cohort-based intervention that combines emotional regulation, identity building, entrepreneurship, and job readiness into a hands-on transformation journey. Additional offerings include the Career Accelerator, Enterprise Lab, and Life Skills & Mindset, all designed to support youth through turning points and transitions. Programs are delivered in-school, after-school, virtually, or inside detention centers. We emphasize system compliance, measurable outcomes, and real-world impact. We believe opportunity should be the consequence of potential — not punishment. Generation Elevate is powered by The Elevate Hive, a parent company focused on systems change through education, equity, and innovation. Referral partners include: schools, alternative programs, probation officers, courts, and detention facilities.
