About Genesee County BEA

The Genesee County Business Education Alliance (BEA) is an organization whose mission is to foster a partnership between business and education, and to assist students in preparing for the world of work. Housed at the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce, the BEA creates and implements programs that are designed to create a stronger workforce for businesses in Genesee County and educate our youth on the various pathways available to them. Programs such as Junior Achievement, business tours for students and teachers, job shadow opportunities, mock interviews, career exploration camps, career fairs and classroom speakers expose our young people to a variety of careers and workforce experiences. The BEA is an organization that relies upon the support of the business community and the local schools to fund its programming. Local businesses, companies, and organizations are encouraged to get involved in leading our next generation and providing them with the tools needed for success. The BEA is preparing the employees companies will be hiring 5 to 10 years from now TODAY. Support the BEA and help create a stronger workforce in western New York!
