Genesis Engineering Group, LLC (Genesis) was formed in 2010 out of a desire to provide an improved level of service to the changing building industry by intentionally partnering with our clients to create a team approach to each and every project. We believe that the true STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE in the building industry is measured by client satisfaction and not just profit and avoidance of risk. To be a true partner with our clients, we believe in involvement from conceptual planning through substantial completion and into initial building operations and maintenance. In all projects, there will be changes and the ability of the parties involved to adjust is crucial in maintaining a successful environment. Through early involvement in the project, our principal engineers will be able to understand the project goals for all parties and more readily adapt to changes that need to be made. The experience of our principal engineers totals nearly 60-years in the AEC industry and ranges from conventional new building design to a focus on system performance and energy auditing/implementation to reduce operational costs. Along the way, we have touched building types including multi-family, healthcare, higher & secondary education, mixed-use, corrections & judicial, federal (military, VA, GSA), office, retail, religious facilities, and transportation/aviation. We have seen and experienced the latest trends in green building design and implementation of Building Information Modeling that produce a more coordinated, cost-effective and environmentally friendly product.
