Our management team is diverse and spans over a group of employees with decades of Senior Military Officers and government contracting experienced personnel with global expertise. Genesis couples this leadership with unprecedented past performance and an a robust infrastructure supported by an established network of global vendors which allows us the ability to leverage resources to provide customized solutions that incorporate the industry best practices and standards to our clients effectively. Secondly, Genesis has developed a proven ability to manage local national resources and personnel in austere and hostile environment effectively. Our process allows us the ability to recruit, vet, train and deploy Local National assets, personnel, and equipment to provide services at a very cost effective rate, while stimulating the economy of the environment in which we operate, and providing training and experience to the Host Country Nationals that will prepare them to operate similar projects and work in accordance with best industry practices and procedures.
