About Genetech Training & Development

Genetech Training & Development was founded in 2006 alongside Consultancy. While the consultancy company has focused on delivering consultation, IT solutions & management event services, the training & development arm has contributed to the process of vocational education & training reform that is currently taking place in Bahrain. At the forefront of its Mission is a commitment to improve employee morale &productivity by providing them with the right tools to enhance their performance & work towards the achievement of organisational goals. Through partnerships with leading international training and consultancy organisations, Genetech offers a range of internationally accredited programmes for different business disciplines. Our philosophy is to design solutions that enhance the attitude, skills and knowledge of Bahraini individuals & businesses. Programmes are therefore designed around a preliminary Training Need Analysis and the contents of programmes are based on the client’s actual needs. Genetech is partnered by Edexcel, ACCA, Oracle, EFQM, Person VUE, BCS, and has recently established a partnership Institute for Leadership and Management (via our partnership with The Chapel House) to bring their certified accredited programmes to the Kingdom. What keeps Genetech special as a consultancy and training provider is our commitment to maintaining high standards of quality through effective Quality Assurance (QA) systems. Our quality assurance policy and QMS Manual both ensure that we are working to and maintaining national and international standards, as well as allowing us to recognise and promote good practice. This therefore ensures that managers, internal verifiers and assessors work in a consistent way and are well supported. Genetech had been awarded a grade of “OUTSTANDING” by the Quality Assurance Authority (QAA).
