The Genius Cooperative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through peer-driven innovation, strategic learning, and systems transformation. We believe that lasting change begins from the ground up—when local knowledge, public purpose, and collaborative stewardship are woven into the fabric of decision-making. Rooted in life-centered values, we work alongside communities, public agencies, and mission-aligned partners to prototype new approaches to resilience, equity, and civic trust. Through a train-the-trainer model and our OPEN and CARE frameworks, we certify local leaders, build capacity, and cultivate chapters that adapt our methods to real-world needs.
