Genteq India Regal Rexnord Corporation (RRX) company . which is a listed entity at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and having operations globally including India. The manufacturing facility at Faridabad, Haryana is a company-owned facility. This facility was established in 1965 as a joint venture between DLF and Universal Electric and was known by the name The American Universal Electric (India) Ltd. In 1995, GE became a JV partner with DLF and then in July 1998 acquired complete ownership of this facility. This was later acquired by RRX in January 2005. Marathon Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is one of the largest single phase Fractional Horse Power (FHP) motor manufacturer in India and also amongst one of the largest exporter of motors in its business segment. Marathon serves the domestic markets across India and also serves the export markets in U.S.A, Middle East, Mexico, South East Asia and Australia region.
