Owner and CEO Norma Luna utilizes over 25 years of experience to care for the patient as well as their family. She is always just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gentle Partners in Hospice goes above and beyond to provide compassionate care for each individual patient and their family. They have high acuity nurses on staff to care for even the most delicate patients. The office will call in weekly to check on them to make sure their needs are being met. Gentle Partners in Hospice goes beyond medical care. They provide food and supplies for those in need such as ramps, assistance with filing documents, and providing services for families after loss. They have a special partnership with organizations such as Luna’s Hope and Love, a nonprofit that provides hospice care patients and their families assistance with burial and funeral expenses as well as the Hometown Hero Project, an organization dedicated to connecting Veterans, Teachers, Police and Firefighters with businesses and organizations who provide resources and services for our heroes.
