Gentle Shepherd Care also distinguishes itself through Lifecare Planning, a nurse-administered assessment of an older adult’s health, mobility, living environment, cognition and family resources. From this assessment, our team develops a detailed lifecare plan that anticipates future needs and outlines how you can live out your desires for how you age.
