About GenX Resources
GenX Resources (ACN 656 092 830) was incorporated on 16th of December 2021 with the objective to generate superior investment returns to our shareholders by acquiring, exploring, evaluating and exploiting mineral resource projects, while proving positive benefits to our stakeholders and operating a sustainable and responsible business. The company’s commodities are initially gold, electric vehicle and battery minerals including nickel, cobalt and copper. These commodities are to provide some of the essential minerals the world is counting on in the future with battery minerals to grow substantially within and beyond the next decade. GenX Resources wholly owns five projects in Western Australia and two projects in North America with total land holding of 1,110 km2. In addition, the company has entered into a joint venture on two projects in Western Australia (earning up to 80%) with potential for near term nickel‐cobalt production; and a contractual agreement to mine placer gold in North America from tailings and continue mining from the former operations ‐ it is anticipated to commence placer gold mining by mid‐2022. GenX Resources is at the forefront with proven experience in mineral project generation by identifying new lucrative high quality prospective projects for inclusion into the company’s project portfolio. Many prospects have already been identified in Australia and North America. The Company’s experienced management team and technical consultants has a track record in mineral exploration, developing projects and generating shareholder value and wealth. GenX Resources is targeting to list on the ASX in early 2022.
