Geoff Perry Associates Limited offers a comprehensive architectural design service. Our motivated staff form a team of reliable professionals who understand the design influences and technical requirements concerning today's built environment. We have a well-established team with extensive knowledge of Site Viability, Architectural Planning, Building Regulations, and our own Survey department We have a large portfolio of work that we have built over 18 years which ranges from bespoke housing to large-scale developments exceeding 1000 dwellings. We have master planned village extensions and our site viabilities are Geoff’s own specialty with over 30 years’ experience of what developers require. Geoff appraises more than 20,000 plots a year, sites must be aesthetically pleasing for future residents, commercially viable, and acceptable to the Local Authority. Our team is built up of a combination of experienced technicians who have been in the industry for between 10-30 years and also graduates in architecture and architectural technology. This combination of people brings together knowledge and experience with new, fresh, and innovative ideas. Our clients range from individual landowners, and small regional developers to major national PLCs. We provide a bespoke service either from conception/design right through to Planning Application and Building Regulation or can offer a tailor-made service for the developer who requires a drawing service for major sites to be supervised in-house.
