Our busy operation works through the night into the wee sma' hours to receive daily deliveries of quality fish and shellfish from the seas around Scotland and the UK. We are fortunate to employ a long-standing team of skilled fishmongers who can fillet, portion, prepare and smoke to perfection before parcelling it up for delivery in our customised fleet of refrigerated vans or stocking up our own cold-counters in our busy retail shop.
