Carbon Steel Pipework can be offered as an alternative to Ductile Iron Pipework. We can offer this on a like for like basis or we can re-design to reduce fabrication time and lessen costs required for bolt sets or flange adaptors / couplings. We offer fittings to suit either steel or ductile dimensions; these include Bends / Duckfoot Bends / Lobster Backs Equal Tees/ Reducing Tees Concentric Reducers /Eccentric Reducers or Flat Top Tapers Manifolds Bellmouths We have approval from the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) allowing us to provide: Stainless Steel Pipework & Fittings Flanged / Screwed – All Diameters & Grades We design and manufacture pressurised transport and storage containers for the safe handling and storage of very expensive spare parts, such as turbine rotors and pump impellors. These containers ensure companies have easy access to essential spare parts that need to be kept on hand for an indeterminate amount of time and which are often difficult to obtain quickly. We manufacture and install an excellent range of settlement tank half bridge scrapers that are suitable for tank diameters between 4 metres and 30 metres, and which adhere to the latest Water Industry Mechanical and Electrical Specifications (WIMES). We can design our half-bridge scrapers to collect and remove normal or activated sludge and fit to any type of floor slope.
