About Georgia Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center
Georgia Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center, providing physical therapy in Alpharetta, Canton, Sandy Springs and Cumming, (opening March of 2017), is dedicated to combining modern science with caring attitudes to treat pain and promote healing and strength. Founded by Physical Therapist Chad Luth in 2006, the practice was created as a response to meet a need for aquatic therapy and sports medicine in suburban Georgia. With the help of a great staff, he opened a second clinic in Canton, GA in 2012 and then partnered with Polaris Spine to run their new spine rehabilitation and wellness center in 2015. The company continues to expand in the metro Atlanta area, with a clinic opening this March in Cumming. All of our clinics are equipped with a state of the art HydroWorx® Therapy Pool and top of the line rehabilitation equipment. We are distinguished for our expertise in particular in aquatic therapy, spinal therapy, sports medicine, dry needling and our success in treating back and neck pain. We also offer vestibular therapy, concussion treatment programs, manual therapy and much more.
