About Georgia Tech Society Of Black Engineers
We are the Georgia Tech Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. Our organization exists to live out the NSBE Mission: “to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.” We put on a number of events, programs, and initiatives in order to serve Georgia Tech and the Greater Atlanta Community. This year, our President, Mahogany Labor, has developed a vision to ensure that everyone can U.N.I.T.E! Our organization will focus on Upholding our Legacy, Nurturing our Interpersonal Relationships, Investing in our Potential, Trusting our Community, and Embracing Change. We as an organization will do our best to continue the legacy of developing amazing leaders and we will strive to help you do the same.
