About Germantown Baptist Church
Germantown Baptist Church is a biblical community of disciples of Jesus Christ who desire to be vessels through whom God works to advance His kingdom here and to the ends of the earth in the power of the Holy Spirit all for the glory of God. Christ's desire is that the Church expand exponentially around the globe until every nation, tribe, and tongue has had the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Revelation 13:7). GBC exists to serve Christ by increasing the number of equipped disciples who serve as faithful agents of His grace and ambassadors of His ever-expanding Kingdom on earth. We do this practically through the two-fold ministry of evangelism and teaching. Evangelism and teaching are supported by and permeate every programmatic ministry of the church. These programmatic ministry areas are worshipping, equipping, and mobilizing.
