About Gestalt Psychotherapy

I’m a psychotherapist in training (Gestalt), psychotraumatologist, and a career and life coach. I support people through meaningful life transitions — moments that may feel painful, confusing, or overwhelming, but also hold the potential for deep growth and healing. In my therapeutic work, I combine Gestalt psychotherapy, psychotraumatology, and pedagogy with a warm, relational approach that invites self-discovery and transformation. I work with adults who feel stuck in life, work, or relationships, and those facing burnout, anxiety, depression, emotional entanglement, or relational trauma. I specialize in supporting adult children from dysfunctional, narcissistic, or alcoholic families, and individuals recovering from emotional abuse, codependency, and disconnection from self. I collaborate with people who are ready for change — who want to live more consciously, authentically, and in deeper connection with themselves and others. I offer online psychotherapy and coaching in both English and Polish. I believe in the power of presence, connection, and movement — both inner and outer.
