I have been a successful business owner / entrepreneur of two companies. One was a Pet Toy Manufacturing company and, most recently, a Recruiting and Staffing Company specializing primarily in healthcare with some emphasis on manufacturing and engineering. Over the last 13 years, I was heavily focused on helping others advance in their careers. I thrived on seeing the individuals I helped were satisfied, whether it was my client or a professional I was helping place in a new job. When I can talk with a professional who tells me, they love the job I helped them land, or when I speak with a client who is so satisfied with the professional I found for them, it made me excited to get to work every morning knowing I was helping others achieve their goals!
