Get Out More CIC is a social enterprise that helps people feel better in mind and body by connecting with nature. We do this through creative and accessible outdoor activities including wild art, bushcraft, fire skills, natural heritage and foraging. We specialise in workplace wellbeing, outdoor learning, forest schools and community engagement for people of all ages. Our approach is to combine the intrinsic power of nature to generate wellbeing, together with the principles of '5 ways to wellbeing' developed by New Economics Foundation, and ‘non-directed’ creative collaboration pioneered in Denmark. All three approaches are innovative and evidence-led. Doing all three in combination further boosts wellness and resilience. This results in better physical, mental and social health, with measurable benefits for businesses, communities, families and individuals.
