Unlike most other agencies we know the insolvency profession from the inside having spent over 40 years working within the profession as insolvency practitioners. We believe this makes us unique. Led by Geoff Gee, a former insolvency practitioner & turnaround specialist who embarked on a career within the profession back in 1980, we have a thorough understanding of the needs of the profession both from an employers perspective and that of a candidate. He recognises from his own experience recruiting at all levels just how important it is for a recruitment consultant to understand the specialist detail of the role and the qualities that the successful candidate is required to have. Geoff handles all discussions for IP appointments and interviews all candidates personally. Supported by co-director Sheona, who handles all other appointments, we match the specific job requirements with the candidates skill set, so there is a significant saving in time, ensuring that only the candidates best suited to the role are put forward for interview with the client. Our aim is to add value to the business and further the careers of our candidates.
