GH Property Management Services was created with the sole aim of "doing it right" back in 2009 and that continues to be the driving force behind what we do. We proudly offer a dedicated and personal service to residents, leaseholders and directors, through a growing team of Property Managers and specialist administrative staff to take care of the wide and varied roles and responsibilities that a block and estate managing agent is required to undertake. The introduction of our site visit inspection audit 'app' in 2018 enables us to provide bespoke management to each of our clients through a system developed by us, for us. Alongside this we offer a bespoke Health and Safety Managed service, to relieve the burden of risk from our clients. Our managed approach ensures that all developments managed by us are fully risk assessed, compliant, and most importantly; safe. We’re passionate about our customer service and client and contractor relationships. We work hard everyday to ensure we’re bringing the most personal customer service to our clients.
