Ghent Capital, LLC is a Georgia based real estate investment firm specializing in buying and selling distressed assets since 2014. Ghent Capital focuses primarily on the purchase of nonperforming 1st mortgages on residential and commercial properties across the United States. Our strategy is to purchase this mortgage debt at a fraction of current value (50% or less) and either negotiate with the home owner or borrower to take control the property or turn the loan back into a performing loan. Instead of rehabbing the property, our focus is to “rehab the borrower” and create win, win, win scenarios for our borrowers, the banks, and our investors.
