The Gibson name has been synonymous with property in Melbourne since 1882 when Albert E. Gibson opened a real estate business in the northern suburbs. Upon leaving A.E Gibson & Co in 1972, John Gibson followed in the family footsteps and opened his own company – Gibson Property Corporation. In 2009, John was joined by his son, Charles. GPC has a substantial portfolio of successfully completed projects that are the evidence of a company with the vision, capability and experience to oversee Greenfield and Infill development concepts through every stage of planning, development, construction and sales.
