As a leadership coach, my mission is to help folks of color be the most brilliant version of themselves, while also enjoying their life in the process. I specialize in working with folks of color who also identify as queer, neurodivergent, non-binary, immigrants, and children of immigrants. We will always acknowledge the systems of oppressions that individuals are navigating - whether it's patriarchy, white supremacy, capitalism, or more. I’ve been facilitating workshops and serving as an in-house coach for all types of organizations – from nonprofits to household names like Asana, Pinterest, AirBnB, Shutterfly, and Doordash. I work with leaders and rising leaders of all levels. My previous clients have included new grads, Chief Marketing Officers, CEOS, and Executive Directors.
