GiGi Industrial and Commercial is a new business in Dandenong lead by Director Doukas Gigis with his 11 years experience servicing Dandenong, Keysborough and surrounding suburbs in Industrial real estate. In January 2006, Doukas kicked off his career in real estate with one of Dandenong’s leading Industrial & Commercial Agencies, as a cadet in property management. After a successful year in Property Management, in 2007 Doukas was invited to join the Sales Team. This is where Doukas found his calling! Over the years Doukas has developed loyal relationships with many landlords, vendors and tenants whilst also gaining respect and support of local property developers and builders. With the introduction of Eastlink and Dandenong Bypass now connecting major roadways, a rise in Industrial Estates has transformed the Real Estate market. Major changes were now taking place in Dandenong’s Industrial Precinct. The influx of property development was soon to see Dandenong become Victoria`s major Industrial Hub, now accommodating sole traders and small family businesses to major company distribution centres. 2011 brought more opportunities for Doukas, as he expanded his portfolio by moving to a leading company in Dandenong. This move lead to an increased business acumen, with sales ranging further out to the South Eastern corridor of Narre Warren, Berwick, Officer and the fast growing suburb of Pakenham, further broadening his portfolio of opportunity and solidifying Doukas’ reputation of always meeting client demands. It is with great enthusiasm that after 11 solid years in the industry that GiGi Industrial Commercial was formed to meet the growing powerhouse of opportunity which is Dandenong and surrounding suburbs.
