Gilad&Gilad LLC is a private health science company, founded in 2000 by Dr. Gad Gilad and Varda Gilad based on their breakthrough discovery of the neuroprotective properties of agmatine. In 2004, following extensive scientific research to characterize the molecular mechanisms of agmatine, they initiated the first clinical studies. These studies ended successfully in 2008 and established the safety and benefits of G-agmatine®, Gilad&Gilad's proprietary brand of agmatine (patented), for spine - nerve healthy functions. In 2009 the Company set up headquarters in Los Angeles, California and established commercial production and marketing base for the exclusive For-Nerve-Health(TM) line and the leading products AgmaSet® (a dietary supplement previously branded Neurofencine) and AgmaVet(TM) (for animal feed).
