About Gilroy Steel Solicitors
With 120 years history we provide professional legal services to people in and around Brackley, Buckingham and Northampton. Gilroy Steel is the new trading name of Barnes Campling Gilroy. Under various different trading names Barnes & Campling can trace a history in Brackley from Victorian days (around 1890) and is by a considerable distance the longest established firm in the area. Our excellent service and reputation, has driven demand and growth, requiring BCG to expand and continue to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Gilroy Steel was formed in 2007 when Kelly-Jayne Steel joined Tony Gilroy in partnership, Kelly-Jayne having previously worked for Tony as a solicitor. The Northampton office of Gilroy Steel was opened at that time to be run by Kelly whilst Tony continued to run the Brackley office. Brackley is a Northamptonshire market town with considerable charm and history. Tony was a partner in Barnes & Campling in Brackley from 1993 and Gilroy Steel is a continuation of the conveyancing, wills and probate sections of that firm. In 2010 a new office in Buckingham was opened, headed up by Claire Page. Gilroy Steel have also expanded the legal services on offer, by the creation of a new family department based at the Buckingham office. Whilst based in the Buckingham office, Tina Shah, our specialist family solicitor, also attends the Brackley and Northampton offices on a regular basis to meet with clients. In 2015 Tony Gilroy retired and Claire Page became Partner supported by Kelly-Jayne Steel with Brackley being headed up Donna Walker.
