A visit to Fort Collins is just not complete without experiencing this lovingly restored historic grain mill that’s become a hub for food and community. Home to a market, bakery, restaurants, teaching kitchen, unique event spaces and great patios, it’s become a gathering place for dining, shopping, learning, celebrating and enjoying a great slice of homemade pie. In the Café, you’ll find plenty of indoor and outdoor dining options. On the menu, comfort food made from scratch including chicken pot pie, burgers, meatloaf and salads along with homestyle breakfast served all day and fresh-baked pies, breads and pastries. The Cache at Ginger and Baker offers a modern Colorado steakhouse experience with hand-cut steaks and chops, seafood, craft cocktails and a wine list that annually wins Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Dining is also on the newly remodeled glass-enclosed Rooftop Patio. Classes on cooking, baking, whiskey and wine appreciation and more are available in the Teaching Kitchen while the Market and Coffeeshop showcase housemade goods and great gifts along with a great cup of locally roasted coffee and scratch-made baked goods. Ginger and Baker is proud to partner with local farmers, ranchers, food artisans and craftspeople to showcase the innovative, hardworking spirit that makes Northern Colorado so unique.
