About 銀杏館 Gingko House

Gingko House is a privately held social enterprise focusing on senior employment in the food and beverage industry. We currently operate 4 restaurant locations in Hong Kong that include Italian, French and Chinese cuisines. Our catering division operates from a central kitchen located near our head office in Fo Tan. In addition to the restaurants and catering service, we also operate an organic farm [Reg. C10007] that supplies our outlets with locally sourced, organic vegetables. We care about the health of our customers and have a strict no tolerance policy for using MSG and chicken essence powder in the dishes at our outlets.
