Hi, I’m Giorgia, a nurse, a mom, a Judo athlete, and a wife. I understand the demands of being a busy mom, and that's why I created Giorgia fitMom to support and encourage all mothers in building a lasting and active lifestyle. Our Everyday Strength Conditioning workouts are designed to respect the unique needs of your body and mind. With more than 25 different workouts to choose from, including total body exercises without equipment, kettlebells (gallons), elastic band routines, medicine ball (pillow + weight) or broomstick classes, plank sessions, and TABATA (HIIT), we have something for every mother. We understand that your schedule may be jam-packed, which is why we offer flexibility. You can join our GfM Zoom routine sessions, which are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6 am, 10am and 6 pm MST. If these times don't work for you, no worries! We provide an "at your pace" option where all the classes are uploaded daily, allowing you to follow the program whenever you find the time. Each session lasts around 1 hour and includes a warm-up, an intense workout segment, and a cool-down stretching routine.
