About Girard Machine
Since 1946, Girard Machine Co.'s mission is one of quality relationships - from our employees to our vendors and from our customers to our community. We want our relationships to be as meaningful and as long lasting as our products. We seek partnerships with engineering firms and O.E.M. manufacturers who need additional outside production capacity or someone to manufacture their product line complete. For over half a century, Girard Machine has aggressively serviced power generation, steel, aluminum, mining, rubber and transportation industries throughout the world. We provide services of heavy fabrication, stress relieving, machining, refurbishment, and load testing. Our fabrication capabilities include 2 CNC oxy-fuel burning machines, over 40 650 amp welding machines, a stress relief furnace (19'6" wide x 19'6" high x 52' deep), sandblasting, multiple overhead cranes with up to 125 ton capacity, and much more. Our machine shop is equipped with a large CNC horizontal boring mill (30' x 9' table), a 72" manual lathe, and many additional smaller capable machines. Girard Machine is heavily focused on quality. Our quality program is compliant with 10CFR50B, and ASME NQA-1. In addition we are also ASME U Stamp and National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel R Stamp certified. All of our welders are qualified to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1. All measuring and Test Equipment has a unique ID number and calibrated using calibrated standards traceable to NIST to ensure the accuracy of our equipment.
