Girls’ Globe is a global media enterprise driven by the voices of changemakers, with the aim of strengthening human rights, social justice and gender equality. Through creative storytelling and media we spark a global movement of change. The Girls’ Globe umbrella boasts of a global network of contributors (bloggers and organizations) across 45 countries and 5 continents and live coverage from international conferences and events. Our vision is to create a sustainable world shaped by peace and solidarity, free from any discrimination, inequality and violence, enabling all girls and women to live up to their fullest potential. We proudly represent and believe in the diversity of voices that connect Girls Globe as a community where everyone can make a fundamental impact. We bridge the gap between cultures and communities to foster better understanding and create opportunities for solidarity and effective change of discriminatory gender norms. We fight to create a global movement through strong collaboration and by creating a community which nurtures meaningful connections. United in our cause we strive for a world shaped by peace and solidarity and free from any discrimination, inequality or violence. We believe we can be part of igniting positive change by educating people on issues affecting women and girls around the world, from topics that are gaining global attention to others that rarely are covered and communicated. We are driven by curiosity and a sense of adventure. We constantly challenge ourselves to try out new ideas, new ways of telling stories and new ways of inspiring people to take action in order to create a positive impact around the world.
