GIV Bahamas Inc. is a company incorporated in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and holds the developer’s licence for villas for sale at Grand Isle Resort & Spa, located in Farmer’s Hill, Exuma. The directors of the company have been involved with development in Exuma dating back more than 12 years. Over the years, the company has expanded to include a hardworking and innovative group of professionals who bring diverse, balanced and specialized skill sets to the table, which is of particular importance to achieving business success in The Bahamas. These skills and assets include solid business development, accounting, business analysis and business management experience. The GIV Bahamas team has an intimate and extensive depth of understanding of the corporate and cultural landscape of The Bahamas, having strong working relationships with regulatory departments in the country and contacts across all local media platforms. After its directors’ initial investment on the island of Little Farmer’s Cay, GIV Bahamas Inc. purchased the largest share of villas at Grand Isle Resort & Spa in 2012, a luxurious resort and second-home community on the main island of Great Exuma. The company has since branched out to include a number of hospitality, marketing and philanthropic interests.
