About Give A Funeral

ABOUT: My name is Andrea Green founder and president of Give A Funeral, Inc. Both of my parents unexpectedly and at a young age passed away within 6 months of each other. When I was at my dads’ grave side, I saw two pavers that were used for headstones with the deceased names written in sharpie on it. God set a flame in my heart that day that I needed to help families who cannot afford funeral expenses. As I started talking to funeral homes, I realized there was very limited monetary resources for families that cannot afford cremation/burials. So, with the support of my family, we decided to open this nonprofit to help families in need.
