About GIVEBACK South Australia

GIVEBACK SA is a new social enterprise working with Community Bridging Services Inc to support South Australians facing barriers in the workforce to gain valuable work experience, food handling skills and a part time wage – all while providing value-for-money, freshly-cooked delicious gourmet food to the community. With a major shortage of food and beverage staff in South Australia, GIVEBACK SA and CBS Inc believe that this is an ideal opportunity to utilise a major, untapped resource to fill these roles – people with disabilities who already live in SA and want to contribute to the community while gaining valuable job skills to support them to live independently. GIVEBACK SA is also supporting registered SA charities to raise funds for the vital services they provide to our community, by sharing the profits from any event staged by a not-for-profit where GIVEBACK SA’s Little CHARITY Catering Trailer is engaged as the main catering vehicle of the event. GIVEBACK SA will also be staging a series of events each year to help the environment and keep items for landfill. South Australian not-for-profits – who have a focus on raising funds from second hand items – will be invited to be involved. Stay tuned!
