About Giving the Basics
Giving the Basics is an America's Hygiene Hub dedicated to providing Health, Hope and Dignity to those in need throughout our country. Our mission began because we realized that hygiene items are not covered by government assistance. We supply things like soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, razors, feminine products and toilet paper. After working hard to meet the needs of the Kansas City local community expanded throughout the country to help supply products to those in need. Going into 2025, we currently serve 2,361 locations; having offerred hygiene relief over 400 million times. Please connect to join in our efforts to help others have health, hope and dignity! With our products, adults can maintain human dignity, stabilize their family, gain employment, and school children can be comfortable in the learning environment, and are not pushed out, left our or bullied. Giving the Basics changes lives, one tube of toothpaste, one bar of soap, one stick of deodorant; one hygiene items at a time! Come help us!! come have fun providing dignity!
