Established in 2016, we aim to deliver a high quality vehicle maintenance & repair service to Retail, Trade & Fleet customers at a competitive price point. Great customer service is at the heart of what we do so we always keep our customers informed of our progress with a job and will only carry out work authorised by the customer. For our Retail customers, we aim to help them gain a better understanding of how their vehicles work so if requested we will provide pictures and/or a short video demonstrating failed/worn parts and an explanation of what this means in relation to the operation of the vehicle. For our Trade customers, we recognise the need to keep costs to a minimum to guarantee the maximum return on their investment whilst also ensuring the car is safe & reliable for the new owners. We are able to offer a variety of options for maintenance and repairs solutions to enable the customer to pick the most cost effective option for each vehicle. For our Fleet customers, we understand the importance of keeping vehicles on the road and the potential cost to a business if a vehicle is off the road for extended periods. Previously, both directors worked in the Passenger Transportation Industry and were responsible for a fleet of buses and vans. As a result of this, we are able to offer a range of fleet maintenance services to suit businesses of all sizes with fleets of cars and vans. We use the latest Bosch diagnostics and work to manufacturer standards & schedules using Autodata technical information. In addition, as a VAT registered business using OE quality (Original Equipment, Manufacturer quality) parts, we are able to service brand new vehicles at a much more competitive price point than main dealers without affecting the manufacturer warranty, saving all of our customers money.
