GKJ Consultants Limited is an independent company specialising in the provision of training and consultancy services primarily in the field of estate agency and residential lettings. We provide these services throughout the UK and can arrange to tailor our services to the specific needs of the client. Based in a modern office building in Brighton and Hove also gives us a comfortable base to meet with clients and provide consultation away from the clients own premises. The building also includes purpose built training and meeting facilities where we can, and do, host training courses for up to 15 delegates. We also have a Buddy Support Service which gives members easy access to practical help and advice when needed. Other member benefits include our catalogue of advice sheets containing easy to digest information on current lettings legislation and changes to practice and great discounts on our in-house courses, compliance checks and other documents. Our aim is to provide is an extensive programme of help, advice training and consultancy within the industry for anybody that needs it but concentrating on the independent sector from one person organisations working from home up to large chains of independent agents.
