A twist on Outsourcing. Look at us as a satellite department of your company. We adopt your workflows and add a client-facing presence if required. The exception is that all of our development is done elsewhere. Where are we? Based on the UK, we have team members in London, Romania, Pakistan and India. We hope to be working with some new members in South America soon. Trade only We work with Agencies and suppliers. Our focus is on building things. How we work That person governs the workflow and supplies it to the rest of the team for building. The same individual compiles the application and presents it for review. Any sensitive information is only handled by direct contact. Ethics We don't work with evil companies. We've worked pretty much all of them at some point, we won’t do it any more. So we won't work with defence agencies or those who have committed war crimes. We don't work with gambling or money-lenders and we don't work with those that involve slave or child labour somewhere in the supply chain. Culture Glare 9 strive for decentralisation. We utilise people from all over the world, who are not only great at what they do but are all rather lovely people. No mincing about. We deliver. Mission We don’t do fluff. We aren’t really good at it and it clashes with our no-nonsense approach. Powerpoint and group tree-hugging sessions are things that are purposely not built into our model. If they are yours, then that’s great - while you are doing them, we will build your product.
