Glendola Leisure. What’s the Story? We’ve been writing the book about great hospitality since 1973. Now, more than 40 years later, we’re a 700+ strong team and we continue to grow. In that time, we’ve not only championed and celebrated great service in bars, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK. We’ve gone further to deliver more, aiming to ensure our customers, whether wine connoisseurs or a family out for a casual dinner, enjoy an experience that is also fun and entertaining. Along the way, we’ve built a portfolio of pubs and music venues, restaurants and bars that are loved by each of their very different customer groups. So, yes we’re entrepreneurial and we lead the way in innovation and creativity. But, more than anything, our success is down to the fact that we are all about people: the people we serve and the people who serve them. We continue to deliver excellence is customer service because we enable and support our people to do the best they can be.
