Established in 1999, Glendale Securities Ltd ("Glensec") has built a resilient portfolio of investments across the UK. Our background is in commercial property investments, where we assess each opportunity, on its own merits, against well-defined investment criteria. Whilst we continue to invest in UK property assets, with a focus on development, we are passionate about the SME space and the value that can be created for shareholders, companies and their stakeholders. We are actively investing in lower-mid market companies in sectors adjacent to property and are looking to work collaboratively with exiting business owners. As a family-owned investment firm, we believe in relationships with our partners, built on mutual trust and respect; supporting each other for the benefit of the collective. Our style is open, honest and straight-forward. We pride ourselves on our ability to perform and we seek to fulfill our obligations, on time, to the highest standards and with the greatest levels of integrity. Glensec uses a simple, streamlined approach to identify UK residential and commercial property projects. We only participate in projects that meet our pre-defined investment criteria and pass our rigorous financial analysis. Glensec always invests its own capital. However, we also partner with 3rd party investors. All investors can expect complete transparency, security and reliability when working with us.
