About Global Business Advisors

We currently have several grad student projects employing AI to explore the potential use and value of these tools in the context of academic / business models and frameworks. Our students are grad students with 5-10 years of junior-middle management experience across industries/disciplines, representing an incredibly competent resource for these projects. We currently are exploring the application of Generative AI to models within i) Business Improvement, ii) Market / Competitor Research, iii) Customer Centricity (journey maps, sales funnels etc.), iv) Sustainability / ESG, v) Innovation / Growth Strategies and vi) Project Team / Dynamics. We're hoping to soon extend this list to exploring Board/Governance and Succession Planning models. In terms of augmented data this extends to foundational knowledge/content library, secondary research (reports, white papers, articles), and accessible databases eg. Linkedin/SalesNavigator, people and posts/comments/likes, Reddit, X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook) as available/applicable. This content/lists can be both comprehensive and focused by integrating data analytics tools in our process (eg. Python etc) The students are making creative use of the elements of prompt engineering (across first-order elements such as context, exemplars, personas, formats, tone, and second order such as regeneration (multiple demonstrations), chain of thought (steps/iterations), change of density (summarization) and any necessary/applicable integrations / APIs). As an example they have found much value in combining internal 'look-a-like' data across clients, scenarios, use cases etc. with the context of models as well as external data. Our projects have a highly defined focus and actionable deliverables. We are big believers in the merits of agile iterations and related 'useful' progression and learnings. These can range from long-form reports, and comprehensive content/lists, all the way to chat-like interactions, delivered in real-time.
